The Jarrett Tri-Lock receiver features a precision three-lug bolt design with a 60-degree lift for faster cycling and improved optic clearance. Machined from a solid billet of 4140 chromoly steel, it offers exceptional rigidity, near-zero bolt flex, and perfect concentricity between the bolt bore, lug seats, and barrel threads. The evenly distributed tri-lug engagement enhances lock-up strength and shot-to-shot consistency, while a fully enclosed bolt face and oversized extractor ensure reliable performance under field or match conditions.
Each Tri-Lock receiver is custom-fit into Jarrett’s hand-laid fiberglass or carbon fiber stocks using pillar or glass bedding, with optional aluminum bedding blocks. This creates a solid, vibration-dampening platform that eliminates movement under recoil and maintains zero across temperature and humidity shifts. Combined with Jarrett’s match-grade barrels and chambering, the system delivers sub-½ MOA precision.
Available in both short and long action formats, the Tri-Lock is compatible with a wide range of calibers including .308, 6.5 Creedmoor, .280 Ackley Improved, and .300 Win Mag.
