KEY SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional organizational ability and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional, reports, phone calls and emails
  • Willingness to collaborate with other employees and vendors
  • Understanding of common office software and programs, such as inventory management software, ATF compliance systems and budgeting platforms
  • Attention to detail when creating and refining documentation
  • Firearms experience and knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Office hours are 7am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday. This is a full-time position with the potential to go full time after 90 days.

CNC OPERATOR (ENTRY-LEVEL)

KEY SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS

Jarrett Rifles is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who wants to develop valuable machining skills while working in a precision manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC machines is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and pride in producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities
  • Load and unload CNC machines
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
  • Perform routine machine operation and basic maintenance
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report any quality or machine issues promptly
  • Work closely with experienced machinists and supervisors to develop machining skills
Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Preferred (but not required)
  • Manufacturing or machine shop experience
  • Experience with CNC equipment
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments
