Yes, we are a SOT3 Dealer. All rules and regulations to purchase a firearm apply to purchasing an NFA item as well. In addition to the ATF 473 and the FBI NICS
background check, the intended buyer must also complete an ATF Form-4. This
includes the submission of fingerprints, 2 US Passport photos for EACH
regulated item. The buyer is responsible for getting their fingerprints – we do not
provide this service. Contact your local police or Sheriff’s Department for
assistance.
Please note that the approval of the Form-4 can be a lengthy process, calling and
checking in with us does NOT speed up this process. There is a $100 fee for the tax stamp application process unless it is for an NFA item purchased through Jarrett Rifles,
Inc.

FFL to private parties.

Our transfer fee is $50 however, transferred items left for longer than 15 calendar days
may be subject to additional storage and handling fees.

We do ship firearms; however, some states have certain firearm restrictions. The transferor will be charged a $150 transfer fee plus the cost of shipping. Please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.
